The H-Frame Press is a machine powered by high-pressure fluid, used for shaping materials through applied force. It operates based on Pascal’s Principle, which states that pressure in a closed system remains constant. The required force is generated by a piston within a working cylinder, where fluid (oil or water) is supplied under high pressure. This piston is connected to the working tool to perform the pressing operation. The hydraulic press can be driven by a pump or a pump-accumulator system, with actuation through steam, air, hydraulic, or electromechanical means. This press is designed with three primary operations: • Feeding • Pressing • Ejection Feeding Unit: The feeding unit consists of two feed cylinders and a roller conveyor system that transports the mould to the central pressing area. Pressing Unit: The pressing unit is equipped with a robust 400-ton cylinder mounted on the top plate, guided by a linear guide system. It performs the compression of the mould at the required temperature for a specified duration. Ejection Unit: The ejection unit features a cylinder mounted beneath the bed plate, which ejects the finished component after pressing. Specification : 1. Main cylinder tonnage: 400T. 2. Feed cylinder tonnage: 10T. 3. Ejection cylinder tonnage: 50T. 4. Working pressure: 150 Bar. 5. Table size: 1650x1650mm. 6. Daylight of the press: 1000mm. 7. Oil tank capacity: 500liters. 8. Motor H.P: 20H.P. 9. Pump flow: 100+10Lpm. 10. Mode of operation: Manual/Push button/PLC.
