The Push Pointing Machine from Hydropower Engineering Systems is engineered to prepare tube ends for smooth and reliable drawing operations. The pointed tube ends can be securely clamped in draw benches and pulled through drawing dies and plugs with improved efficiency. Unlike conventional pointing techniques, the push pointing process allows the tube to elongate during operation, helping achieve significant savings in raw material. It produces straight, concentric points with a flexible pointing length, determined by the pulling capacity of the draw bench. The reinforced shoulder area provides additional strength, minimizing point breakage during drawing and contributing to better draw bench productivity. This hydraulically operated machine is equipped with PLC-based controls, while the MMI system allows operators to conveniently set and manage the required pointing length. Specifications : Max.
